The Snead State Lady Parsons capped off a memorable inaugural season by finishing fourth in the Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC), marking a significant milestone for the program in its first year of competition.
In their debut season, the Lady Parsons posted an impressive 13–8 overall record (.619) and a 10–8 conference record (.556) against one of the most competitive junior college conferences in the region. The team showed growth and resilience
throughout the year while facing established ACCC opponents.
Snead State proved it could compete in any setting, finishing 5–4 on the road and an outstanding 5–1 in neutral-site games, while continuing to build momentum and excitement at home with a 3–3 record.
"This group set the tone for what Snead State athletics are all about," said Head Coach Drew Noles. "For an inaugural season, the way these young women competed, trusted the process, represented the college, and exceeded every expectation, they laid a foundation that future teams will build upon."
Despite ending the season with a close loss, the Lady Parsons' fourth-place conference finish stands as a testament to the team's commitment and determination.
Athletic Director Casey Underwood praised the program's immediate impact. "Finishing fourth in the ACCC in your very first season is an incredible accomplishment," said Coach Underwood. "Our coaching staff and student-athletes embraced the challenge and showed that Snead State belongs among the top programs in the conference. We are extremely proud of what this team achieved."
With a winning overall record, a strong conference performance, and valuable experience gained, the Snead State Lady Parsons have firmly established themselves as a rising force in the ACCC and have set a high standard for the future of the program.
