Snead State Hosts Cheer Tryouts

Snead State Community College is holding tryouts for the 2026-2027 coed cheerleading squad on April 1-4.

Scholarships are available for this program. The Parson Cheerleaders participate in flag football and basketball games as well as community events. The squad is coed and open to students at all skill levels.

The tryouts are for high school students. The tryout clinics will be April 1-3 from 6-8 pm in the Plunkett Wallace Gym on the Boaz campus. The final tryout will be April 4 at 9 am, also at the gym.
